Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to agree with most economical prices of items and services
Preparation of Subcontractors Bid Comparison to include the internal estimation against received offers
from suppliers/subcontractors.

minimum exposure to risk.
Coordinate and review the Tender Documents and Invitation to Tender (ITT) from client and undertake
the interpretation, to identify any difference to the Client’s requirements and initiate queries where
inconsistencies or anomalies exist or are discovered on specifications, drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ
