Sales and Marketing: -
Achieve monthly training and development sales targets.
Market and sell the training & development courses.
Ensure the successful marketing and selling of all SMG’s training and development products and services through the effective and proactive identification, farming and follow up of sales leads and potentials clients.
Grow the Training and Development volume client base of SMG
Present SMG training and development sales presentations and SMG introductions as required.
Assist with SMG Client Relationship Management (CRM) functions.
Foster client relationships post presentations and courses.
Follow up, with 24hrs, all delegate / client feedback and comments.
CRM Training and Development: -
Regular follow up with course delegates and assist with study planning for Project Management examinations.
Facilitate project management exam application process with delegates.
Manage the updating of the Delegate Database
To provide registry service (PMI) as and when required to PMP/ CAPM delegates.
Assist in the maintenance of the on-line training schedule
Proactively send relevant information regarding training to interested parties.
Keep booking register up to date and book delegates on appropriate courses.
Send confirmation letters to delegates and confirm special requirements
Conduct market research on the following;
Case studies from previous students and clients
Identification of new training products
