Complete LM2500 & LM6000 power Turbine engines tear down.
•Perform GVI on the engine upon recieving before induction.
•Perfom engine borescope .
•Engine dis assembly into modules.
•perfom OCI inspection on engine parts before sent to clean line.
•perform detail inspection on engine parts before Final assembly
•Perform final assembly on LM 2500 engine.
. Emb -175, CRJ 700-900, LC1, E-checks, mods, service checks.
•Trouble shooting faults using FIM manual, problem solving
•Perform maintenance on CF34-8C engine such as but not limited to engine removal/installation, hot section removal/installation, fan disk repair, top & bottom case removal/installation, and full engine boroscope qualified.
•Re apply solid film to engine fan blades pins.
•Run & Test the engine on wing .
Complete overhaul of General Electric gas turbine engine such as LM2500 (CF6-50), LM6000 (CF6-80), and LMS100 (CF6-80C2).
•Prep. The engine for test on the Test Cell.
•General visual inspection (GVI) on engine modules & components
•Full boroscope qualified on all General Electric gas turbines.
•Support GE aviation on wing support team, Perform work scopes on GE engines at OWS work shop and at the field.
•Replace LPT Stage 6 blades for quick turn on GE90
•Perform GEnex A&B engine swap.
•Perform abradable strip repair at inlet fan case using hysol on GE 90 engine.
•Replace radial shaft on engine driven gearbox.
Familiarization class for Saab 340 and Bombardier - Dash-8.
•Aircraft run taxi Qualified.
•Perform line maintenance.
•Perform over night checks on aircraft.
•Perform system dawn loads, that include trouble shooting and repair
•Remove & replace system component.
•Engines trouble shooting, repair include removal & installation.
•Aircraft weight and balance.
•Remove & replace propeller Blades and assembly.
•Perform propeller balance after replacing blades.
•Overhaul wheels, remove and replace Tires & brakes Unit.
•Remove; replace T.B.O components such as AC, DC Gen, batteries.
•Trouble shooting comm. Nav. Systems & antenna.
•Modify aircraft systems IAW Engineering order.
•Remove, repair, & replace electric or engine driven Hydraulic pumps, accumulator’s reservoir & valves.
Familiarization class for Embraer.
•Perform Heavy checks on Embraer fleet 135, 140, 145, CRJ repair station FAR 145.
•Open & close panels, perform any task assigned remove, install, repair and maintenance.
•A/C weight & balance, control service static balance.
•Perform operational & functional checks on systems and components.
•Perform RVSM task (relative vertical separation minimum) insure no skin waviness by static ports.
•Engine swap.
•Remove & replace air cycle machine (ACM).
•Remove and Replace windshield, perform repair using mesh kit on DV window.
•Remove and replace cabin windows.
•Remove, replace, check control cables tension.
•Remove control services for inspection, perform rigging.
