Preparing monthly sales report
preparing stock report foe both our department & the vendor
• Tracking sales order to be scheduled and delivered on time.
• Supporting Sales team.
• Effectively communicating with customers; arrange appointments, resolving any after sale issues.
• Updating & following up with customers regards their orders.
• Working with senior accounting staff to prepare financial documents and reports such as bills and invoices.
• Communicating with Government Relation Department for issuing the Vehicle Registration.
• Communicating with Procurement Department for registering new vendors & issuing Pos
Responding to customer requests, offering excellent support to meet their needs.
• Processing customer's orders via AX.
• I got the responsibility to handle, process & focus only on Aramco’s requisitions, where I executed it
professionally for almost 2 years.
• Daily access to SAP ARAIBA system to monitor & check for Aramco’s new orders and publish ASN.
• Managing daily incoming calls and customer inquiries.
• Updating & following up with customers regards their orders from start to finish; in order to provide a high-
level customer experience.
• Solving unresolved customer issues.
• Working with senior accounting staff to prepare financial documents and reports such as bills and invoices.
