•Ensuring overall reporting and planning process activities for the region
•Analyse results, business measures and deviations against set targets and plans on monthly basis
•Ensuring high quality analysis and reporting
•Responsible for analysis, simulation models, tools and templates.

Budgeting and forecasting

Financial Planning & Management
•Formulating need-based business plans/strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation
•Monitoring the inflow and outflow of funds
•Dealing with the bankers for complying with the relevant formalities, providing necessary MIS and also ensuring the regularity of the account
Accounts/ MIS
•Following the systems & procedures; supervising the financial statements for the local region
•Analysing the MIS reports to provide feedback to management on financial performance
•Processing of payables & receivables transactions into general ledger
Statutory Compliance
•Ensuring compliance to the government rules and regulations as laid down by statutory authorities
•Liaising with internal auditors for timely completion of audits as well as implementation of audit observations
•Preparing and finalizing statutory audits with auditors and ensuring all compliances under the regulatory acts and other statutory bodies
General
•Managing distributors business- setting up commercial and financial terms
•Review and implement internal control procedures
•Preparation of monthly datasets (Reporting tool) and various financial reports
•Consolidation of financial data of local and distributor business network to present in the management reports as per the Group formats/templates
•Monthly sales analysis of distributors and direct area
•Preparation of reports required for statutory reporting & budgets according to Group guidelines
•To ensure optimal stock levels; regular review of stock provisions and obsolescence
•Actively involved in the day to day functioning of the regional office
•Handling the entire gamut of accounting functions.
•Finalization of balance sheet and co-ordination with Auditors.
•Responsible for MIS and other financial reporting.
•Responsibility of Budgeting & planning. Monitoring of budgets & forecasts.
•Variance analysis & reporting to Management on performance slippage.
