Registration and Licensing

DMCC is the largest free zone recognized by the Government of Dubai with a mandate to provide the physical, market and financial infrastructure required to set up and operate a thriving commodities marketplace.
Ensuring all the documents that are provided to establish new companies are legalized and notarized.

Prompt processing of applications received from clients and updating the Oracle System and the relevant reports accordingly.

Attend clients and provide them with prompt information regarding their transactions.

Handling client queries independently and meeting them directly whenever required.

Verification of amendments for Registration of existing companies.

Process all received request within the assigned timeframe and respond to the other department queries on time in order to achieve desired client satisfaction levels.

Sorts, screens, reviews, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail; composes, prepares, or ensures timely responses to a variety of written inquiries.

Coordinates activities of various clerical departments or employees within department.
