Projects Description:
Committee supervises 2 projects: One project scope is to construct a
comprehensive pump station called Shoaiba Mina B. This including construction
of 10 buildings for Main & Booster pumps, Electrical buildings and auxiliary
systems buildings. The project scope also including construction of 86 Km
pipeline of 80” dia. carrying the water from Shoaiba till Holly Makkah city.
Second Project is Construction of 5 Strategic Steel Storage Tanks, each one is
140, 000 m3 with related piping system and facilities. Pipes diameters ranging
from 96” till 48”. The project also including construction of auxiliary buildings,
roads, sewage and storm systems.

Job Responsibilities:



 Studying the Projects scope and specifications.
 Identifying, with the project team, the best series of events in the correct order
for the project to finish on time and on budget.
 Working with the consultant and contractor planners to develop detailed yet
simple to understand schedules and graphs.
 Participating in Preparation, reviewing and approval of the whole Risk
management processes along with periodical workshops / meetings for Risk
register updates.
 Reviewing and verifying the different reports prepared by the consultants and
contractors.
 Preparing the data, verifying contractor data and reflecting them into POWER BI
platform which adopted by the client.
 Using specialist computer software, Primavera P6, to help keep the project on
course.
 Presenting the schedule of work to the Project team & associated Stakeholders.
 Monitoring the progress of the project at different stages of its development &
generating Performance review reports (Weekly & Monthly Reports).
