• Develop risk management culture in the organization
• Facilitate identification and categorization of potential risks in KSA in line with the regulatory requirements and AXA group standards.
• Evaluate and prioritize the risks based on probability matrix guidelines on potential frequencies and severities of the listed risks and maintain a risk register to be reviewed and updated annually
• Establish risk mitigation plans according to the risk characteristics and manage implementation
• Quantify the financial impact of the net risks of identified critical risks each year to be advised to the Risk Committee/ Audit Committee/ Board
• Conduct an annual review of risk management strategy and update as necessary and obtain board approval
• Document risk management procedures and policies of the company and to review and update periodically.
• Review pricing of Medical and Motor pricing and review the level of reserves and to coordinate with the external actuaries on their specific reviews on ACIC
• Set up the risk appetite framework in line with the local regulatory requirements and AXA group standards and ensure that risks are within agreed risk appetite
• Establish Key Risk Indicators and monitor on a quarterly basis
• Coordinate with the communication department on management of reputation risk

Ensured that all the process and procedures in the medical platform comply with the regulations. That includes: establishing new set of regulations to protect the company from any fraudulent processes.

Priced the medical policies. Furthermore, administrated the policies including issuing new policies or endorsing current ones.
