-Drive-test and DT log files analysis.
• Analysis of OMC statistics for maintaining Network KPI’s.
• Maintaining Handover & Other parameters for meeting KPI’s
• Neighbor Analysis and Planning.

• Post process Drive logs- Verify, Analyze & Generate Report
• Carry out Drive test using TEMS INVESTIGATION in idle/dedicated mode.

• Coverage area survey and Proposal of coverage plan

-Optimizing cells and sites
• Optimizing of the sites till we achieve desired KPI’s as per set standards
• Studying of various reports generated for the sites as well as logs for any alarms in the site.
• Frequency planning and defining adjacency neighbors for the new cells.
-Hardware investigation.
• Monitor the reports of the hardware performance TRX, BTS or channel failure-error.
• Uplink and downlink balance monitoring.
• Alarms checking for the problematic sites.
-Site Auditing, on field decision
• On field leading teams to check the physical site antennas configuration
-Monitor Network performance
• Monitor the KPI of networks on daily and weekly basics an report the trends
-LOS Survey
• LOS Check and report, and TSR (Technical Survey Report) : collecting technical data about the new coverage area for planning a new site and collecting data about the existing sites for further improve and database records.
-Huawei BTS-BSC parameters check/Setting
-Utilize the configuration and capacity.
-Neighbor planing.
-Frequency plan.
-Investigate-produce the effective solutions for the subscriber Complaints
-Search-Individualize the hot-spot area and plan the nominal sites as solutions.
This Company GTS is local subcontractor with Ather (Zain Iraq now) for GSM mobile Telecom, for installing the V-SAT links and its maintenance

Finished the B.Sc. in electronic and communication engineering. in 2002-2006 in average grade 64.5% , the major subjects was: Fiber Optic communication, Digital Signal Processing, RF communication, 8085 & 8086 programming, Electromagnetic engineering, Digital Communication and Engineering, Microwave Eng. Although the war on Iraq was in this period, but I continued my studies in spite of the great psychological impact of war
