Monitor the installation HVAC Electric Water Cooled Chiller 2 * 140 Tonnage System activities
as per approved drawings.
Review External Static Pressure calculations (ESP) for all fans and air system equipment prior
to submission for consultant approval.
Planned and executed blueprints and technical drawings for state-of-the-art high-capacity
cooling systems.
Work with a team to design, build, and install a wide range of cooling equipment for use in
industrial finished goods preservation systems.
Preparation of BOQ’s & BOM’s for all new projects as per approved drawings.
Timely submission of clarification in case of finding any variations amongst site condition and
shop drawings
Liaison between engineering/projects office and consultant/clients.
Supervision and ensuring compliance with all relevant site and Safety regulations, standards
and procedures.
Installation followed up as per OEM specification, testing and inspection should be done and
accepted by the client site inspector.
Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action.
Inspect all site activities and be sure that activities as per standard prior to raise the RFI for the
client QC inspector.
Conducting quality training at the site for subcontractors and company workmen to ensure the quality to be followed up.
Prepare as built drawings and O&M Manuals.
