• Receiving & Screening of the Documents for HR Director’s approval.
• Leave Forms: Receive and coordinate with Payroll Section to obtain accurate leave credits.
• Hotline Overtime: check covered dates and required signatures prior to HR Director's approval.
• NOC and other government related documents: receive and check if all necessary documents are attached to the application forms for signature.
• Salary/Employment Certificate requests: receive and check if all required signatures/approval from the employee's end are complete.
• Multiple Exit Permit requests: check employee Job Grade if he/she is entitled; check if all required signatures/approval were obtained.
• Salary Advance requests: check if request conforms with existing policy and check if all required signatures/approval were obtained.
• Double check the work Contract of Employment.
• QIC/Medical Expense Claims.
• Recruitment Process: check if all necessary documentation are prepared.
• Other tasks assigned by the HR Director
• Supervising the PRO's and Admin Assistants (39 staff).
• Administrating the HR work.
• Controlling and Coordinating the outdoor and indoor works.
• Preparing the reports and sending the reports to the Management.
• Setting the work and coordinating with the different projects management (5 Projects).
• Other tasks.
• All online (E-Government) Immigration and Labour Department tasks (For Example : RP renewal, RP transfer, Work Visa’s… etc)
• Issuing NOC’s for the Senior and Junior staff.
• Appointments for Medical and Fingerprint.
• Support in issuing Driving License, House and Car rent, Visit and Resident Visa’s for the employees.
• Preparing Expense sheets - Manual and Online.
• Preparing Work Contracts based on the Company and the other party agreement (including Rules and Regulations)
• Updating the HRM system (Human Resource Management)
• Following up the Employees status from the start of the employment till the end.
• Help and support in clerical jobs as photo-copying, scanning, filing and the distribution of work.
• Cooperating with the Management, Senior and Junior staff in order to solve the urgent tasks.
• Other tasks concerning HR which are not mentioned above.
• Solving the problem faced by User’s related to Applications, Software’s, Email configurations, Programs like AutoCAD, Lotus Notes, Outlook, ....
• Working on Networking, Internet and hardware troubleshooting.
• Collecting Information’s regarding Computers and Other terminal devices as Printers, Scanners, … Analyzing these information’s and making reports.
• Preparing the new devices for use and installing the Operating system and Configuration according to the user work field and connecting the users with the other terminal devices.
• Inventory of the computers and the IT devices from time to time.
• Following and solving the daily troubleshooting/problems of the users.
• Working according to the IT Managers instructions in order to improve the Work Environment.
• Other tasks related to the IT which are not mentioned above.
• Editing and translating the letters to and from the company.
• Editing and translating the letters and documents to the Project Management.
• Coordinating between the Management and the Drivers of the company and the rental companies.

• Working as Unprofessional Draftsman with Auto-Cad and 3D-MAX
• Coordinating with the PRO.
• Following up with the Draftsmen.
• Official and clerical work such as arranging and organizing the files and the drawings.
• Collecting the drawings and send it to the site engineers
• Receiving the money from the Sales Delegates and issuing the receipts
• Counting the received money and auditing the receiving files

• Paying out the money according to the instructions of Director of Accounts and Deposit the remaining money in the bank.
