My responsibilities are:

My responsibilities were:
1- Manage the eSmart Ideas main product, which includes the financial and the development planning.
2- Being a part of Software Architecture and Development phases.
3- Manager project team.
I am leading a team of 5 senior and junior developers to work on two projects, one is a desktop Smart Client application and the other is a web project.
My responsibilities are the following:
a. 60% management, which includes:
i. Create and Update the two project plans.
ii. Manage the team assignments and their daily work.
iii. Provide technical support for the team when needed.
iv. Prepare and conduct team reviews.
v. Prepare project estimations.
vi. Prepare required proof of concepts.
vii. Project database design.
viii. Project solution and projects design.
ix. Decide the appropriate technologies to use.
x. Analyze new requirements.
xi. Manage project releases.
xii. Provide support to the clients.
xiii. Requirements gathering and feedback meetings with the client.
b. 40% coding, which includes:
i. Implementing new tasks.
ii. Fixing bugs and supporting the project.
Working as .NET Windows\Web applications Developer, Using VB.NET - ASP.NET & SQL Server 2005 - 2008, I have worked on the following parts of the main product at eSense Software (Evventa):
i. Smart Client Application:
An application that communicates with the server database and have the ability to offline and synchronize changed data when requested.
In the project parts above my role was:
1. Attending requirements gathering meeting with the client.
2. Analyze requirements and provide POCs.
3. Create project from scratch.
4. Developing new features and change requests.
5. Maintain and support the application.
6. Provide technical support to the client users.
7. Work with and provide orientation Developing new features and change requests to the new team members who joined the project team during the project life.
ii. Tablet PC Application:
An application that works on Tablet PC environment, where this application can send & receive documents to be commented by its user, contains a very high security process in order to keep document safe.
In the project parts above my role was:
1. Developing new features and change requests.
2. Maintain and support the application.
3. Provide technical support to the client users.
iii. Web Site Development:
Discrete tasks on the main Evventa product, which is an internal ERP & CMS.
iv. Timeline Software:
The purpose of this project is to keep track of all users' actions in Evventa, this software uses the latest technologies from Microsoft, by using Visual Studio 2008, WPF & Microsoft Search Server 2008.
My role was implementing the communication between the application and Microsoft search server.
Working online as out source on updating, maintaining and developing sites for this company, using ASP and PHP, The main goal is SEO (search engine optimaization)
