Responsible for the following production units:
- UNIBON (Hydro-treating/Hydro-cracking) Unit
- Hydrogen Plant (Steam Reforming Process)
- Vacuum Distillation Unit.
- Nitrogen Plant.
- Major responsibilities include:
1- Controlling process parameters in such a way to obtain maximum production of on spec products,
yet ensuring the safety of the process and people.
2- Troubleshooting of occurring troubles, which require a quick decision making process.
3- Sharing ideas with decision making personas, to aid the decision making process.
4- Collaborating with other departments (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Process etc...) for required
maintenance jobs, as well as providing the proper description of the problem, or improving the production process.
5- Following plant Shutdowns/ Startups, whether it was in case of Emergency or normally.
Planning, prioritizing and maintaining smooth operation of the plant, ensuring minimum loss of time with maximum production.
I have completed my Degree at J.U.S.T with a GPA of 71.9 (rating: Good), during my studies my graduation project consisted of designing a Portland Cement manufacturing plant, I also performed my Practical training at Jordan Cement Factories, Member of LaFarge for two months as part of my graduation requirements
