• Manage the online & other websites reservation in addition to inquiries.
• Responsible of long listing, shortlisting, and phone screening for the candidates.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
• Identifies staff training and development needs, and for planning, organizing & overseeing appropriate training.
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy & laws regarding employment practices.
• Provides service excellence to Qatar Airways VIP customers through telephone, email & optimizes passenger satisfaction.
• Making new reservations; changes to existing reservations; quoting the correct fares, rules of carriage; issuance / re-issuance of tickets; and processing any refunds.
• Training and development for new agent with daily report.
• Escalate all concerns and inquires to the concerned departments
• Provides full service to Saudi Airlines customers through telephone.
• Create new reservations & changes to existing reservations.
