JOB SUMMARY: Facilities Planning, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) Development and Implementation, ERP System Installation, Implementation and Management, Database Building, Analyzing Inventory, Managing Procurement and Operations, Periodical Reporting to COO, Chief Operation Officer.
• Full transformation of the supply chain process from conventional to ERP and sustaining it.
• Governmental licenses & affairs & the facilities planning for the warehouses and the factory, continuous development and implementation of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for the Company’s whole supply chain (Vendors, Purchase Orders, Inventory, Sales Orders and Customers).
• Preparing quarterly statistical analysis for the company’s inventory needs of a certain required confidence of available stock using Standard/Gamma distribution, Exponential smoothing, ARMA; by excel & python.
• Managing procurement operations and develop prosperous credit relationship with local & International suppliers.
• Build the bridge for the monthly reports directed to the COO, of the company’s different divisions. Reports as inventory levels, cycles, aging analysis; all with respect to the financial-inventory conversion cycle.
• Established a 3PL business out from the existing warehouse, zero additional investment; dry & cold 3PL.
• Mentioned above are only the main going on achievements, but never exclude the endless new issues that indeed I interfere and solve; and keeps going on.
In this year I have been appointed for:
- local purchasing.
- International purchasing.
- Stock management.
Advising clients, promote sells, enrich customer loyalty, and write the mechanical/electrical automobile maintenance job-orders to the maintenance chef/foreman.
