Main Activities Done till now:-

 Supporting network and computer operations. Maintain and administer computer networks LAN/WAN and related computing environments, including computer hardware, software systems, applications, and all configurations.
 Configuring live communication server 2005 .
 Maintaining Windows XP Professional, Vista, 7, 2003/2008 and Resources and file level securities in both server and client setups.
 Implementing security solutions for Clients with Sonic Wall
 Installing and configuring of Lotus domino server 8.2, Sametime server 8.5.1.Notes 8.5.2 in Windows server 2003, Windows XP.
 Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Printers and Scanners.
 Installing and configuring Veritas/Symantec Net backup.
 Configuring Cisco Switches and Routers.
 Configuring TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
 Maintaining records and keeping track of warranty of all the computers spares and peripherals.
 Administration of Mail Clients Lotus Notes, outlook.
 IT supports for all users, (Provides information and services to Employee staff to help him use computers more productivity and provide solutions to problems.
 Troubleshoot problems and Maintaining all the Computers / Printers, in case of System Software / Hardware failure, and doing regular backups, security, prevents viruses, check up all the PCs.
 Support our branch offices in GCC, Egypt, and Lebanon.


Troubleshooting the malfunction and slow performance of PCs.
Installing and tracking updates for Antivirus.
Maintaining records and keeping track of warranty of all the computers.

 Coordinating with suppliers for new requisitions.
 Filling and tracking all IT documents.
 Coordination with Tornado Company for designs the website and provides them with all necessary information to develop our website.
 Reserve domain and web host space.
 Gathering information needed to represent Alpha Petrochemicals Company over internet.
 Planning web site design, Assigned as webmaster.
