Working as a Construction Manger for structural work in KACWC project which comprising one towers of 37 floors in addition to the library building, podium and other utility buildings .( 1.8-3.3 billion SR.)
Coordinating Project Plans and Implementation.
Prepare the work plan for sub-contractors recheck the given tasks and arrange the new jobs according the project schedule, give deadlines to the man power / Sub-contractors also performed purchasing responsibilities.
Organize and maintain a team of professionals who are responsible for different activities of construction.
Coordinating for hiring of sub-contractors in the different fields of work for the best results.
In charge of structural & finishing work in the capital territory of Saudi Arabia on the projects of Ministry of Health (M.O.H).
Responsibility of 7 clinics around Riyadh area with 1200 sqr.m and two floors.
