To manage staff accountants and A/P departments as they relate to the service of the financial reporting and transactional accounting of the company. Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. Accomplishes tasks with particular emphasis on customer service and seeks to add value for the company's management.
Responsibility:
1. Prepares financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position. 2. Analyze transactional processes and identify areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved. 3. Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports. 4. Working with the Human Resource Department, the Controller and Chief Financial Officer. 5. Assist Chief Financial Officer in maintaining company's accounting and finance functions. 6. Develop and control the Organization's internal audit and internal control procedures in conjunction with the Organization's internal audit policy. 7. Manage the local external audit process. 8. Manage Supplier payments. 9. Manage Customer collection.
10. Supervising and discussing local content with management to achieve the best possible percentage.
