Strategy & Transformation practice includes the
responsibilities of all company operations; Financials, Sales, Presales, Delivery of all consulting
engagements in
Build and implement IT Strategy for MOT for the next 3 years and develop the performance
measurements to meet MOT goals mainly for transformation to the e-government that was
evaluated by Yesser with 94.5% compliance.
Design and implement Change Management Office at the Three main levels; Project,
programs and portfolios.
Design Change Management Office Manage through the Organizational change.
Design PMO establishment for the IT department and the Ministry as whole.
Develop and Design organizations’ performance and capabilities improvement through
knowledge based business process, proven methodologies and tools, and best practice
solutions and technologies to derive financial and operational improvements.
Close M&A program successfully on time and budget (20 M JOD budget and 12 months).
Conduct Organizational assessment for 8 companies to be merged under new company.
Develop overall strategy and roadmap for the Merger & Acquisition.
Develop Business Plan and Launch advisory service helps established businesses, investors and
entrepreneurs turn concepts into successful operating projects and develops roadmaps for
growing their existing ones
Manage all the Due-Diligence processes related to the financial, legal, technical, operational and
managerial aspects.
