I have gained substantial experience in this job in my country and many countries that I have participated with the United Nations for Peacekeeping Operations also I worked in Public Security Directorate (PSD) from 1997 till May 2023 in the field of criminal investigations as a forensic investigator, Forensic Laboratory Department (FLD) in fingerprints and crime scenes sections as an expert and chief of these sections, the Judicial Police and Operations sections as chief of these sections, Lastly deputy police station commander at ALMANARA police station in Royal Badia.
I participated many experiences with the United Nations in five different missions as an international monitor for peacekeeping in KOSOVO(UNMIK), TCHAD(MINURCAT), IVORY COAST (ONUCI) and 2 missions in Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)(MONUSCO).
Collect and analyse intelligence relating to organized crime and the activity of armed groups and prepare analysis reports;
Provide technical support to the Congolese technical and scientific police;
Make findings at crime scenes or offenses committed against United Nations personnel or facilities
Participate in the tasks entrusted to the investigation teams of the mission and/or TASK-FORCE on the instruction of the hierarchy of the police component;
Maintain links with the mission's local partners (Force and more specifically G2 and G3, Justice, DDR, JMAC, JOC, HoO, etc.), national security forces (PNC, FARDC, ICCN, etc.) and international partners;
Ensure the supervision and training of units specialized in technical and scientific police of the PNC;
Ensure awareness activities and training with the PNC, following the directives of the head of unit;
Ensure colocation and training activities with the PNC in the field of technical and scientific police according to the instructions received from the head of unit;
Participate in meetings, working groups, VTC…etc. in relation to its activity;
Ensure the execution of administrative tasks;
Serious and Organized Crime Support Unit (SOCSU) in KINSHASA
(Experts in Technical and Scientific Police (PTS) or any other relevant specialty in judicial police and criminal investigations).
Forensic Investigator in BENI
Manage the technical and scientific police and provide support to the PNC at crime scenes.
Advice and support PNC units at crime scenes and provide PTS training within their unit.
Propose and provide PTS training for PNC units at their request, set up a PTS mapping for the PNC, keep an up-to-date chart of the PTS.
