Assist in creating, planning and monitoring of projects work plans in terms of agreed timescales and quality.

Analyze client requirements involving the application of technology, and interrupt these requirements in the light of existing software platform developed by the company.

Take responsibility of overall progress of specific projects while taking into consideration the budget, timescale and quality allocated on each project.

Report all project progress appropriately, and assist the Project Manager in preparing status and progress reports and presenting them to senior management.

Act as a central point of contact (via email, teleconferencing, and onsite workshops) for the client to understand, gather and analyze their business requirements.

Manage the client's requests, and provide on-going support.

Liaise with Software Developers to plan, design, analyze and test solution. And to ensure compliance with the client business requirements and agreed specifications.

Carry out quality assurance audits and recommend corrective action were necessary. And to monitor corrective actions.

Train clients on company product.

Working with global clients to gather requirements, and perform gap analysis, drawing up functional specifications, performing quality assurance and implementing solutions at client side.

Working as a technical team leader, leading a web team developing web based applications and websites.
Have also led a team for programming VeriFone POS (Point of Sale) using C language, to develop "prepaid cards system".

Responsibilities:
• Help writing technical proposals.
• Research for new technologies and ideas that can be useful.
• Identify resources needed for projects, and assign individual responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Define project structure which included modules, authorities and functions.
• Hold regular status meetings with project team.
• Build the database schema which included tables, fields, relations, functions, procedures and views.
• Provide status reports of team activities against the project plan and schedule.
• Help in problem solving and prevention.
• Create documentation and provide training to the clients in regards to how to use the software.
• Deploy the system onsite.

Started my role as a technical team leader since January/2005, and led a team to develop web applications and websites.

Started as a web-developer at Telaterra Software on 15/12/2002, and was a member in a team that developed many websites back then, using Macromedia ColdFusion and HTML.
