Oversaw design & planning stages of the firm wide network infrastructure refresh project
Led activities related to implementing SCCM 2012, App-V and decommissioning of Citrix XenApp 6.5 infrastructure
Managed the desktop/laptop migration of 2000+ users to the new hardware platform including deployment of upgraded Windows 7 System build

Refresh of data network, trader voice and network storage infrastructure(budget of $5 Million) across 8 European branch offices to enable compliance of Dodd Frank regulations
Built Internet DMZ infrastructure (budget $2.5 Million) and migrated key customer facing e-commerce application to new infrastructure for Private Banking line of business based in Geneva
Managed decommission/ migration of business partner/ extranet connectivity and DNS infrastructure as part of site exit as well as real estate consolidation strategy for three key JP Morgan sites in London
Set up global NAS platform refresh solution and migrated over 10, 000 users. Built centralized voice recording and Storage solution catering for all European branches
Multinational rollout of MPLS WAN connectivity (budget $2 Million) for Latin America, Europe & Asia Pacific branch locations
Spearheaded projects for multiple European branch locations to migrate telephony infrastructure from TDM (Avaya) to VOIP (Cisco)
Defined a PMO engagement model to prioritize projects for implementation leading to completion of 300+ projects annually
Managed deployment/ operations of telecom and call recording infrastructure in India
Developed process improvement strategy to remediate the operating environment and improve stability/resilience for call recording systems deployed in the organization
Identified operational risks involved in managing telecom infrastructure and defined gap remediation plans to be implemented by the operations team
Prepared response for queries raised during internal and external technology audit processes
Resolved user desktop issues, created and presented weekly trending scoreboards on variables like call volumes, agent performance, availability/response time etc
