1. Debugging the Issues faced by the Users in the Company
2. Analyzing the Performance Issues and supporting day to day Operations
3. Taking the Daily backup for the Databases
4. Solving the Network Issues
5. Maintenance of the Network Mail Servers, LAN Connections in the Office, Fire walls and Switches.
6. Maintenance of the UNIX Database Server.
7. Maintenance of the Blackberry Enterprise Server and Configuring the Blackberry to the Users.
8. Taking the Backup of Email Server Weekly once in the Tape Drives and also the Monthly Backup
9. Taking the Backup’s for the Unix Database daily and weekly
10. Taking the Dumps monthly once and checking weather the data is going correctly or not.
11. Developing the Reports which is requested by the Managers using D2K
12. Exporting the patches and the dumps and the logs of the Database
13. Helping the Users in the Quarter and Month end processing
14. After Yearly closing Creating a Data Spaces Table Spaces
15. Handling the issues of Accounts when the Trail Balances are not Tallying and Rebuilding the Trail Balances.
16. Doing the Different types of setups in the System According to the Users and the Accounts department for the diff type of requirements.
17. Involved in the Implementation of the Premia10 System which is a Web based Application and Software’s used in this Web based Application is Oracle10g, Forms 10g and Reports 10g.
