• A Electrical Engineering professional whose forte being Client billing, Subcontractor billing & contract administration with a fair knowledge of quantification, Estimate, Rate analysis, MEP works which involves responsibilities for preparation of contract bills against the work done for the particular month. Preparation of bills for Non-tendering items and price variations in items and their submission in times, work variation statement, Subcontractor management and ultimately ensuring compliance with the contract agreements between the concerned parties

• Preparation of quantity take off sheets- Ensuring that the quantities are recorded with proper reference to the drawing, proper calculation and taking joint measurements for the same through client designated representative timely.
• Preparing delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning schedules for High, Medium, Low Voltage equipment’s like machines, switchgear, transformers, cables and other electrical power generating equipment’s
• The Erection, Installation, Executing, operation and maintenance of Electrical equipment’s such as overhead transmission and distribution system, Compact and ONAN Substations, DG sets, Electrical Motors, and Transformers, Control panels, Low, Medium, High voltage equipment as per technical specifications complying with local regulations with safe practice
• Erection, Testing & commissioning of 1250KVA-2Nos, Compact dry type transformers and separate DG Sets Apartments and common areas 1250KVA-2Nos.
• Coordinating for getting NOC approved and inspection of HT & LT power supply, lift & firefighting system form electrical safety inspectorate and Electricity Board.
• Estimation and Costing of project, Estimation of Bill of materials and Bill of quantities from approved drawings.
• Estimation of overall electrical load on transformers and DG sizing calculations, selection of switchgear equipment and cables.
• Performing of illumination level calculations & generation of lighting layout drawings.
• Coordination on to get Approvals from the Client for Execution of works (SLD’s and GA drawings and Technical specifications, technical issues).
• Interface and communicate effectively with Client’s engineering and technical staff as well as government agencies for smooth and trouble free operation.

Saved Rs.10, 000, 000(US$1.4million) on my company side by effective manpower utilization for construction of Andhra Pradesh Judicial complex (L&T Hyderabad project).

• Checking of Conduct works, Elevations, and measurements as per approval drawings and Strands.
• Planning and Preparing Daily work schedules and progress of work.
• Testing of Plumbing System and Firefighting works.

• Coordinate with procurement department for material procurement as per technical sections and solve the technical related issue

• Monitoring the erection, commissioning and maintenance of all activities relating to electrical system, Substation, DG Sets, Transformer, HT Panels, High speed elevators, HVAC, FF, FDS, and other ELV System etc.
• Erection & Commissioning of33/11 KV at 3 Nos of substation works carried by us as below.
• Erection, Testing & commissioning of 1250KVA-6Nos, Transformers and separate DG Sets Apartments and common areas 200KVA-4Nos, 250 KVA-1No, 320KVA-1No.
• Preparation of budget and financial analysis for individual projects value engineering proposal and reports.
• Budget preparation, Review of maintenance cost of construction equipment, Indent raising, material inspection and optimum utilization of available resources
• Independently manage the project.

Handled 30 Crore MEP for Bhagirathi Enclave Project in Lucknow(U.P Government)
• Preparing Design and Drawing, Execution for Lighting, Lightning protection, Earthing, Wiring, Cabling, fire detection and fire alarm systems.
• Preparing Design and Single line diagrams for total electrical system, rising mains, HV, MV, LV panel, AMF panel, Capacitors panels.
• Installation Testing and commissioning of UPS, CCTV Security, Public addressing Projector systems.
• Erection, Installation Testing and commissioning of Lift’s, Vertical Transportation and Conveyor systems HVAC, Firefighting, Water Hydrant pumping systems.
