I am working as a Associate -Linux and support the APAC region servers at JPMC. We are responsible entire server support across the ASIA Pacific region.
Supporting the customer and fulfill their requirements, and we have a team 40 members, where we maintain around 1, 50, 000 servers including Linux, Solaris, AIX etc.
Responsible for all escalations and work with management team, to develop the process.
Applying OS patching every week, as per the standards.
Fixing the automation errors and work on different breaks (Incidents) like Monitoring, Backup, server etc.
Maintain the server health and part of Hygiene Unix Team where we are responsible entire Operational activities.
Applying OS patches and kernel related patches on all Linux servers.

Working on critical Disaster Rcovery Breaks(DRA) for both VCS cluster & Oracle RAC clusters.
Attend Inter Lock calls with other LOB’s like CIB/CCB/CB/RFT/CTR etc and develop the action plan for long pending breaks and issues for the respective breaks.
