Duties and responsibilities: Run Wireline services sales process.
• Run and understand sales process, ability to build strong relationships and close business.
• Monitoring Wireline services market in Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan Establish and maintain relationship with customer.
• Provide technical expertise, solutions to customer, coaching engineers.
• Service Quality control, remediate planning, manage critical issues.
• Tender preparation, contracts, agreements, legal issues support and coordination.
• Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies for a West Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan area.
Duties and responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise Wireline services operations.
• Thorough understanding of wireline services in Kazakhstan and Caspian area, customer requirements, processes and procedures of the operating area,
• Service Quality control, remediate planning, manage critical issues.
• Responsible for multiple or single products / services in a single legal entities.
• Manage and coordinate team of more than 100 employees, field, technical and administrative personnel.
• Coordinate and supervise activities of service oilfield and technical and personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support.
• Provide technical expertise, solutions to customer, coaching engineers.
• Supervise implementation of company standards policies and procedures while planning, pre-job, job performance and post job activities.
Technical support
Duties and responsibilities: Provide technical support, implement procedures, policies, control methods, reporting, coaching.
• Experience running all scope of company wireline services in Kazakhstan.
• Managing personnel, managing company assets in Kazakhstan,
• Provide wireline technical support and/or application specific support to both operations and sales in the given scope of responsibility.
• Acts as a liaison between these groups on issues affecting the sale to use products and services. Troubleshooting specific well-site issues for operations.
• Assists in the launch of new products and services, championing design improvements and administering and auditing key technical processes.
• Provide assistance to technical training and aids the transfer of technical knowledge to sales and operations. Ensures the operations team maintains strong ties with the Product organization.
• Proficient in running multiple applications of wireline logging,
• Effectively preparing, managing and run a service unit ensuring the unit is maintained in an operational and presentable condition. Operations onshore, offshore and rigless.
• Experience with wide range of Open Hole services: Resistivity, Radioactive Density and Porosity tools, Compensated Spectral Gamma tool, Borehole Imaging (Micro-resistivity), Acoustic Dipole and Monopole services, Formation Testing and Sampling with Reservoir Characterization Instrument (RCI), MicroFrack, MiniDST.
• Full scope of Cased Hole services includes Reservoir Monitoring (Pulsed Neutron), Acoustic Cement Evaluation, Sondex - Mutifinger Caliper tools. Radial Bond Tool Segmented Bond Log.
• All types of perforation/setting services, such as Through Tubing Perforation, Scallop Gun Perforation, Tubing Conveyed Perforation, Plug/ Packer, Retainer Setting, Through Tubing Bridge Plug setting, Pressure Control Equipment.
• All types of Pipe Recovery services such as Tubing Cutter, Tubing Punch, Drill Collar Severing, Casing Cutter, Split Shot Cutter, Free Point Indicator, Back-Off for various pipe sizes
• Professional user Baker Hughes Surface Acquisition System ECLIPS, CASE on PC, Warrior, Geobase.
Have experience running wireline operations for companies such as:
AGIP ENI, Total, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating, Chevron Texaco, BP, Rossneft, Frontera, Petrokazakhstan Kumkol Resources, and other companies in Kazakhstan oilfields offshore and onshore.
International experience, Georgia, Russia, Azarbaijan, Turkmenistan,
Duties and responsibilities: Wireline tool maintenance specialist.
• Run hydraulic and electric repair and maintenance of wireline logging tools at most biggest wireline base (Tengiz, Kazakhstan).
• Run tools modification records and implementation.
• Plan and execute maintenance lab budget ( spare parts, tools, assets)
• Successful completion of the Technical and Non-Technical Competence Assessment along with significant knowledge of Wireline logging tools and equipment the ability to quickly assess existing and potential areas concerning maintenance practices and product reliability.
• As part of a world-wide Maintenance Technician Team, provides specialist support in a variety of technical duties to support the maintenance and reliability initiatives of the organization.
