Onshore Facility Plant
TP-OTC is fully owned subsidiary of Turkish Petroleum.
TPAO will drill up to 40 production wells at Sakarya by 2028, with ten wells completed by 2023 in the first phase of development. Altogether, these ten wells are expected to deliver ten million cubic metres (Mcm) of natural gas a day.
The second phase will involve the development of the remaining 30 wells, with a combined production of 40Mcm a day, between 2023 and 2028.
The Sakarya gas field is being developed with two units, a subsea natural gas production system, and an onshore natural gas processing facility in the Filyos Industrial Zone, Zonguldak province.
A pipeline of approximately 170km, laid in the seabed at a depth of 2, 000m, will connect the two units. The pipeline will transport the produced gas to the onshore facility for processing. Turkey’s Petroleum Pipeline Company (BOTAS) will transport the processed gas to the national gas network through a 36km-long onshore pipeline.
The EPC packages to build new gas compression facilities in Hawiyah and Haradh in Saudi Arabia.The scope of work includes installation of nine gas compression facilities, seven liquid separation stations and transmission lines to Haradh and Hawiyah Gas Plant along with expanding the existing gas gathering pipeline network.
Total Contract Value (EPC) $ 4.500.000.000 for three packages and 12.000 workers at peak include direct and indirect.
- During the period until the end of the project work, manage all activities effectively and ensure coordination with related departments
- Project-related projects to the official authorities, represented in the best way against the procurement agency and consultancy firms
- Following the work programs of the project, cost analysis, budget control and reporting to,
- Project duration and anticipated quality to complete,
- Tender, subcontractors and suppliers of services for the preparation of contracts, implementation and ensure follow-up,
- All work carried out to ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety legislation
- Represent the company at meetings with employers.

P4 Area: Tank Farm Civil Works Package
All construction activities in tank farm area around 240.000 m2 including earth works, civil works, infrastructures, road and electrical works...etc.
P6: Waste Water Treatment Units Project
The treatment unit for Refinery is the turnkey construction and coordination activities including Electrical & Instrumental, Mechanical, Architectural works and Commissioning Works
Administration Building Work Package
Total of 30, 000 m2 closed area and the project's administrative buildings turnkey construction of Fire and Laboratory Building, Transformer Building, Warehouse & Workshop Building, Guard House Building, Canteen and Social Affairs Building including Electrical & Instrumental, Mechanical (HVAC), Architectural works and Commissioning Works. This building will be prepared for STAR Refinery process and administration personnel.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Single Point responsibility for the execution of Company engineering projects during the design phase.
• Ensure that HSE matters are given due consideration in project planning.
• Ensure projects are executed in line with Company / International / Shell Standarts and Specifications.
• Actively pursue the evaluation and application of new technology in order to optimise future developments in terms of cost and operability.
• Supervise, advise and guide the discipline personnel to ensure that their work is of required quality.
• Highlight issues that may arise in priorities, workload, competency ..etc.
• Develop the scope of work handed over by the company project engineer for each project to achieve the specified deliverables.
• Exercise control over manpower and material resources in order to execute the project within budget, schedule, quality and HSE requirements.
• Execises change control and variance control on each project.
• Ensure the comminication with, and involvemenet of, all interested disciplines to each project. Reporting progress on project to the Company project engineer in a timely manner.
• Prepare technician documentation for Company tender documentation.
QCS 282 Qatar Gas 3&4 Phase Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) Onshore Project
Duties and responsibilities:
• Managing overall construction activities between Ug Civil and Ug Mechanical, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications
• Preparation work Schedule and follow all items regarding material related work progress for all Ug piping system (including drainage system, caustic soda system, chemical drainage system, fire water and fire fighting system, instrument air system etc. ) in this project.
• Estimating and ordering materials and equipment
• Organizing labour force capacity to adhere to the progress Schedule
• Prepare method statements as required for every stage of construction activities
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirement
• Control the quality of work undertaken by CTJV(CHIYODA-TECHNIP JOINT VENTURE)
