• Developed several consumer-focused projects for ICICI CIB, including Open Fixed Deposits, Pending Compliance Fraud Reports etc to improve the overall customer satisfaction score of the website and increasing the transaction volumes at a steady %YoY.
• Considering RBI mandate developed LEI Feature for ICICI CIB fund transfers based on amount limitation.
• Created unique Id called FED ID for all the ICICI CIB customers. The same was created using batch framework, APIs. User also was given an option to create the same from his profile.
• Modified existing transaction APIs for ICICI CIB to deliver the transaction advice and alerts for Remitter and Beneficiary.
• Corporate Id and User Id were included in the CIB apis for transactions, fetching accounts, offers, aggregator registrations, and deregistration. Bank wanted the APIs to be updated since it didnt want its clients credentials to be revealed. Bank desired Single Fed Id to be passed in the request in place of Corporate Id and User Id. Have leaded this project and successfully delivered the revamp of all the CIB APIs. Participated in staging testing and end-to-end UAT. Managed and led a team of five individuals during the revamp process.
• Developed several APIs to validate duplicate beneficiary, beneficiary account etc.
• Involved in various customization and enhancement of Bizpay360 module of ICICI CIB.
• Revamped the Fund Transfer and Fixed Deposit Pages of ICICI CIB.
• Developed MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) for ICICI CIB admin users.
• Migrated the ICICI CIB features that used http request to https for increased security.
• The current version of Finacle used by ICICI CIB is 11.22. Involved in ICICI CIBs migration from 11.22 to Finacles Digital Engagement Hub (DEH). Data migration from 11.22 to DEH is part of ICICI CIBs migration. Apart from the implementation process various customization was also done.
• Involved in modification of a products current functionality to meet corporate needs.
• Added display advertising banners in success pages of major modules of ICICI CIB Website.
• From gathering requirements to developing technological approaches, technical documentation for developed requirements, deploying patches to UAT and preproduction servers, correcting bugs, and offering full assistance for UAT and staging testing, was involved from beginning to end.
• Involved in lead activities by managing a small team of 5 people.
• Managed the daily scrum within a timebox of 20 minutes to help the scrum team synchronize activities.
• Interacting directly with bank, understanding the gap, and fixing the bug at client side in case of any functional issue raised and getting closure confirmation of each item.
