Design
• Using my expertise in AutoCAD and Revit and vast knowledge in the market demand and standards to design layouts for projects with budgets raging between 100, 000 USD to several billions USD.
• Developing tools to help improve design work and cut down on time required to complete project.
• Generating concepts and designing the layout of kitchens and associated F&B tools / equipment and recommend the purchase of equipment, materials and parts to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Preparing the required concept document, scope of work, sheets, bill of quantities, and specifications for food services and laundry facilities in coordination with other trades in addition to material and equipment selection and preparation of technical design documents.
• Ensuring that the technical team and any 3rd party technical contractors adhere to the overall project quality plan throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting a quality control study on the corrugator machine/production line as part of the Zero Claim project.
• Creating an action plan to improve the production process on the corrugator.
• Reporting on findings and situation evaluation to supervisors
• Executing the design of a refrigerated warehouse.
• Conducting research on laundry conveyor types and conveyor systems
• Reviewing and evaluating the projects outcome with supervisors
• conducting research and submitting the resulting Ergonomic paper to the Human Factors and Ergonomics in Manufacturing & Service Industries Journal.
