• Control of all processes and manpowers in the manufacture of final product that includes shearing, bending, fabrication, coating and finally assembling to delivery to the site.

• Conduction of Pre-FAT, FAT for the DCS & ESD System/Marshalling HONEYWELL Automation control panels cabinets, also include following titles such as GMC, DRP, ERP, PCS, etc.
• Carrying out vendor and third party level 2 inspection of the electrical, communication, instrumentation materials during the in-process and or final stage of the production/assembly at the vendor's factory in accordance with the client's FDS, ITP and International Standards.
• Supervised fully automated manufacturing production process of TMT Steel Bars.
• Supervised Quality checking of the products.
• Supervision and guidance in maintenance.
• Quickly detected and solved the commonly caused flow breakage problems (FBP).
