involved in planning, execution and reporting of audits along with staff planning, allocation of work for the team, supervision,
training and motivation of the team members;

completion within agreed deadlines with the client;
• Understanding and assessment of entitys business, its environment and its processes;
• Proficiently devised risk-based audit strategy and audit plan in accordance with IAS, IFRS & other legal frameworks by
thoroughly examining reports, records, operating practices & documentation;

• Application of practical aspects of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and ISAs during assurance engagements;
• Assisting clients in the preparation and review of general-purpose financial statements in accordance with the applicable IFRSs,
corporate laws, listing regulations, taxation regulations and other directives of regulatory authorities; and
• Developing and mentoring junior members to prepare them for senior roles and to enable them to take on additional responsibility.
