- Responsible for developing methods of improving the exciting process through automation, process development and new technologies.
- Work with automation engineers to optimize process controls to fine tune process control points to achieve efficiencies and improved quality.
- Assist with commissioning and troubleshooting of unit operations within the sugar refinery and associated unit operations.
- Strives to constantly improve the energy efficiency of the process and the refinery. Ensuring efficient use of resources.
-Assist Technical Manager with generation of technical and efficiency daily, monthly and yearly reports.
- Manage process projects and tasks and ensuring completed on time and within budget.
Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required.
Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts
Analyzing costs and sales.
Managing the production from control room.
Adjusting temperature and level of degreasing, etching, anodizing, electrocoloring & sealing paths.
Adjusting concentration of sulfuric acid in the different paths.
Operating effluent treatment plant & RO unit to recycle waste water.
Monitoring cranes automation system.
Observing utilities equipments such as rectifiers, boilers, heat exchangers.
