Preparation of quality plan and ITP
 Inspection at all stages of the product realization process
 Correction / corrective action of nonconformities and SAT punch items
 Verification and closure of nonconformities and SAT punch items
 Control of quality records
 Coordination with customer, subcontractor(s) and project team on all matters relating to QHSE
 QHSE improvement measure.
 Provide guidance in the implementation and maintenance of QHSE management system.
 Initiate and assist in the documentation of QHSE management system.
 Plan and execute internal quality audit, HSE audit and project audit.
 Initiate and support establishment of corrections, corrective and preventive actions to process and product
nonconformities, project audit findings and customer complaints.
 Ensure close-out (implementation and effectiveness verification) of actions against nonconformities, project
audit findings and customer complaints.
 Initiate and assist in the establishment and measurement of KPI’s critical to the achievement of business
goals.

Initiate and support improvements based on the measurement obtained and analysis of KPI’s. Coordinate and update the above activities with the regional headquarters as applicable.

Electrical Inspection:
- Ensure all the applicable responsibilities indicated in Saudi Aramco Work Instruction 7.0-WI-02-PID para. 6 are understood and followed for this project.
- To perform inspections to verify the quality of the work during the course of project.
- Review of project Quality submissions.
- Conduct surveillance inspection and continuous quality monitoring of the project.
- Record legibly and accurately all controversial and non- complying items to discuss with the quality supervisor and enter in the QMIS (Quality management information system) under respective category of the concern.
- Attend RFIs (Request for Inspection) as scheduled with applicable requirements and tools to do inspection.
- -Ensure all Inspection activities were carried out are recorded and maintain logbook.
- Write inspection reports, initiate Proactive Notification (PAN), Log Book Entry (LBE) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) during surveillance and or RFI inspection.
- Perform focused assessment as instructed 8.2-WI-09-ISSD and report in a comprehensive and unbiased manner.
- Preparing and verification for EIL items.
- Attend project Weekly Quality Meetings, Kick Of Meetings & attending Contractors internal audits as an observer.
- Following Saudi Aramco Standards, Specifications and Procedures, and International Standards such as NEC, NEMA and NETA during inspection.
- Review Engineering Drawings prior execution through E-Review System.
- Expert in Saudi Aramco/International Testing Requirement such as Grounding, Wiring (Megger), Transformer, Switchgear, Lighting, Generator, Basic and full/ Integrated Power System & Etc.
- Any safety related concern will be addressed to the SAPMT safety in charge.

• Testing and pre commissioning of 480 V MCC
• Testing and pre commissioning of LV transformers.
• Material receiving of power cables, enclosures, Conduits with accessories and equipment’s.
• LV and MV Power cable trench acceptance, laying and backfilling.

• Winding resistance and Insulation resistance testing of motor

• Instrument pre-commissioning and function testing.
• SS tubing installation and leak testing.

- Provide third party inspection of electrical system, equipment and installation for onshore Rigs operated by SAIPEM in Saudi Arabia.We cover every electrical equipment/areas in each rig: Draw works braking system, Main generator, Main transformer, Emergency Generators, PCR/MCC, Rig Floor, Derrick, Substructure, Mud/Cement Tanks, Mud Pumps, Cable Trays, Workshops, Converters (SCR and variable frequency), Main switchboards, Emergency switchboards, DC motors, AC motors, Lighting system (main), Lighting system (emergency), Electrical outlets, Cables and cable trays, Batteries, chargers and UPS, Alarm systems: fire, gas, general, Communication: telephone and PA system, Rig instrumentation, Earthing and earth bonding.

- Provide third party inspection of electrical equipment operated by ABB in Saudi Arabia.
