 Financial Accounting, Fund Management & Taxation: Balance Sheet, General Accounting(GL)- General Ledger Scrutiny, Receivable(AR) and Payable(AP) Accounting, Statutory Payment, Store Accounting, Controlling of Contract and Supply order, Controlling of Bank and Corporate Guarantee etc. Bank and Fund planning and Control. Service Tax, Vat and Statutory matters.
 Facility Management Works: Handover Process, Maintenance Bills Raising & Statutory Compliances, Management of Maintenance Fund and Interest on it.
 Strategic Planning/ Budgetary Control: Formulating plans & strategies for business after detail analysis & discussion between business participants to achieve maximization and review the business plan over the period.
 Strategic Cost Controlling: Detail Costing and Pricing of Real Estate Projects, Costing of Various Utility, Captive consumption product (RMC, Aluminium Product, Blocks and Bricks etc.) and Facility Management for Strategic Decision Making, Budgeting, MIS. Working towards Controlling and reduction of Cost and Fixing Pricing of saleable units.
