Experience gained in Sharaf Logistics, KGL Logistics & GTT Logistics
• Formulating, maintaining & qualifying databases of existing customer and prospect.
• Processing service requests for clients, partners/vendors
• Preparing and delivering presentations and business proposals for prospective clients
• Forward rate enquiries to the sales support team for timely preparation and provision of quotations, proposals and rate filings while checking for updated company profiles before submitting it to the customer.
• Monitoring service levels and coordinating with Ops/Finance and other related departments to ensure high service standards
• Extensive coverage of the market by making numerous customer calls / day to ensure that all sections of the market has been tapped.
• Prepare and provide for all necessary reports as required by the Sales Manager in a timely and accurate manner and adhere to all company policies and procedures as applicable.
• Gather and analyze market information on competitor activities as well as service providers (airlines, shipping line, etc) to help maintain the company’s competitive edge in products, pricing, services and systems.
• Liaise with customers and relevant customer service personnel (as required) to enquire about service satisfaction and offer timely assistance in resolution of all queries thereby maintaining profitable relationships between the customer and company.
• Developed new line of business with my senior staff for Import of Used cars coming from Japan to Sharjah & Dubai with achievement of monthly volume of 75 to 85 containers keeping target of 200 containers.(Sharaf Logistics LLC)
• Handled a project of “Crown Paper Mill FZC” for Factory expansion requiring special equipments, which were to be imported from Ex Italy to Ajman around 50 to 75 units in a time frame of 5 to 6 months.
