Whilst serving as MEA Finance Director for Total Safety Arabia Co., my day-to-day duties are the following:
Leading overall operations of Finance Department in compliance with company's policies; administering preparation of financial statements and cost assessment reports to foster transparency; directing strategic planning and execution of financial division to drive business expansion. Develop and implement credit policy across diverse jurisdictions to improve DSO; partnering with executives whilst tailoring strategies to ensure compliance with country's regulations; liaising with President to evaluate financial performance and meet / exceed KPIs; performing financial analysis for novel ventures to support informed decision-making; overseeing annual budget formulation by leveraging monthly forecasts and strong business acumen; governing tax requisites as well as managing VAT, Payroll Tax, and WHT declarations in accordance with Group's guidelines on taxation; collaborating with auditors, banks, tax entities, and statutory bodies to assure regulatory compliance; providing financial insights to VP Finance, President, and CEO to support strategic alignment.

• Enhanced annual budgeting process and drove refinement initiatives thorough continuous fiscal counsel.
