Account analysis and reconciliation on all balance sheets accounts for all entities and monthly
preparing Cash/ Bank Reconciliation & Petty Cash Statement.
* Active participation and contribution in all required audits and cost reporting; audit and cost report to
be completed by established deadlines.
* Active participation and contribution in the annual fiscal budget process and financial projections
throughout fiscal year.
* Take the lead in coordination of accounts payable month closing process, handling accounting issues
and answering accounting questions for Business office personnel.
* Preparation of Foreign Exchange Exposure Reports and calculation of the Forex booking rate.
* Preparation of actual cash flows, variance analysis and handling staff payroll issues.
* Ensuring the accuracy between the invoices and actual services rendered thereby reducing
risk/exposure to the business.
* Keeping record of Trade license (Renewing/Expiring
Customer services, ensuring prompt delivery of order & highest level of service at all the time in order
to maintain international customer’s service retail standard in store.
* Meet and exceeded all sales goals, consistently recognized for outstanding sales & customer service.
* Responsible for administrative & operational functions.
* Performing inventory control, ordering, receiving & sending stock.
* Planning & implementing section layout, floor merchandising and visual display as per season and
stock.
* Insuring adequate stock availability in stock room for daily replenishment.
* Participating in development & implementation of new sales & marketing strategies to increase
business & market share.
* Providing adequate information to brand manager & operation manger regarding a customer profile
& stock position, quality, customer requirements, etc.
* Daily counting cash sales & preparing cash banking slip for banking.
* Daily sending sales figure to upper management.

* Managing stock levels and to increase sales and improve efficiency and customer service, as well as
monitoring competitors and training staff.
* Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.

* Liaise with our Financial manager and Accounting manager to improve financial procedures.
* Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
* Provide input into department’s goal setting process.
* Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
* Plan, assign and review staff’s work.
* Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
* Support month-end and year-end close process.
* Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
