AWS & Linux Lead Engineer.
To manage the entire infrastructure on AWS Cloud platform.
Setup/Manage resources on AWS (EC2, S3, Glaciers, EBS, ELB, EFS, RDS, Security Groups, Route-53 and IAM, VPC & Subnets).

Creation & management of AWS Cloud Formation template & managing the resources as per requirement.

Server Migration from On-Prem (VMware) to AWS. Also supported DB Team in Database migration over to cloud.
Management of AWS Services through AWS CLI.(Specially deletion of Snapshots & AMI’s).
Provide various cost saving ideas to client as a part of cost optimization project
To guide the team for smooth day-to-day operation in 24x7 environment.
To perform EBS encryption of all the EBS volumes attached to EC2 instances.
To create & document IOD, Release Document, SOP’s, RCA, Weekly & Monthly Data to present to the customer.

Roles & Responsibilities at BOB DC:
Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting in HP-UX System which includes Superdomes, Blade, & rp -rx servers. (Both PA-RISC & Itanium)
Business Copy Integration & managing XP Business Copy.
Server Migration, OS Migration & performing OS related tasks involved with Storage & Database migration.
User and Password management.
File system creation and extension using LVM
OS hardening, OAT & User Validation
Configuring sudo, ssh and disable root login from terminal
Reconfiguration of kernel parameters.
Shell Scripting.
Root disk mirroring in HP-UX.(Both H/W and S/W).
Ignite Configuration, Backup & System recovery through Ignite backup/Ignite-UX server
Vendor Coordination with HP Support Center for all hardware and complicated issues.
Scheduling and managing Cron jobs.
Configuration of MC Service Guard Cluster and Management of mission critical high availability cluster servers.
Installation of patches, Firmware’s and Software depots on servers.
Management of HP-Open view tools like Service-Desk, HP-OVO, HP-OVPM & HPOO.
Certifications:
HP Certified System Administrator (CSA - HP-UX 11i V3).
Completed B. Tech from Mumbai University with FISRT Class in all Semester with an aggregate of 62%
