Preparing delivery orders & Invoices in ERP software as per PO, preparing documents for legalization, GCC & Arab league Certification for Exports. Preparing packing list as per invoice and dispatch goods on time. Filing all invoices & signed delivery notes for payments. Arranging logistics for local as well as export deliveries. Updating driver reports & vehicle maintenance reports.
Following up on purchase orders with clients and dispatching goods as per delivery dates. Coordinating with production to get the goods on time. Communicating with clients by email & telephone to ensure customer satisfaction
