I have 12 Years’ experience in construction as electrical site engineer. I had worked in ELV, BMS, SMALL POWER, LIGHTING, LV Electrical room, Transformer room, substation. And worked in various projects like BLUE WATER ISLAND IN DUBAI AL MOUKTHAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT JABAL ALI, HIGH RISE BUILDING, VILLAS.
LV SYSTEM

 Designing of all Electrical Systems - Single Diagram, Load Calculation & Load Schedule for LV Systems ( ATS, Capacitor Bank, SMDB’S & DB’S).
 Implementation of all LV systems - 2000, 1500 &1000 KVA Transformers, and related MDB’s, ATS, Capacitor Bank, SMDB’S & DB’S and LV Cables Installation as per DEWA Regulations.
 Testing & Commissioning of all the panels (MDB, ATS, SMDB, DB’s….etc), Wires, Power Cables, Bus Ways and Control Cable…etc
 Implementation, Supervision & Inspection of the installation of Electrical Systems (Power & Lighting System) Cable tray, Bus bar installation etc….
 Designing and Implement of UPS (80KVA - 2 Nos) & Generator (700 KVA - 4 Nos).
 Carries out over all Electrical Calculation such as Cable Sizing, Voltage Drops, Bus Ways (Ducts & Risers), Power Factor correction & Air Circuit Breaker using computerized software
 Implementation of lighting protection & Earthing system.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

 Review of contract design drawing and submit shop drawings to suit DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) rules and regulations.
 Preparing and Review the material submittals for all the Electrical systems coordinate with respective suppliers as per Project specifications and Authority regulations.
 Design of distribution of LV scheme, Selection of cable size based on voltage drop calculation, final distribution boards and electrical room details.
 Attending regular meeting with clients, architects and consultant and keeping them informed of site progress.
 Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advise on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism.
 Responsible for utilizing economic resources & monitoring day-to-day construction schedules to achieve the target within stipulated time frame.
 supervise and monitor the site labour force through Site Engineers, General Foreman and Supervisors, To monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per client satisfaction.
 Ensuring timely availability of materials in accordance with the project schedule and quantity & quality of contract requirement. Co-ordinating with the Mechanical and Plumbing services.
 Prepare necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorised by the client after their inspection.
 Preparing and reviewing the O&M Manuals with the system specialist.

I have 7 Years’ experience in construction as electrical site engineer. I had worked in ELV, BMS, SMALL POWER, LIGHTING, LV Electrical room, Transformer room, substation.

Role and Responsibility
• building security system like CCTV, Fire alarm system, lighting control system, telecommunication, data service cable tray routing, emergency lighting, BMS, BGM etc.

• providing guidance to prepare lighting layout, power layout, load schedule, single line diagram and the related engineering calculations like panel board circuits and main distribution board circuit breaker size selection etc.

• Calculate production cost & thereby provide inputs for pricing strategy.

• Erection HT & LT transmission line & sub-station (33KV).
• co-ordinate with Electrical Contractor for Electrification, Execution, Erection & Commissioning.
• To check the entire work as according to approved drawings.

• Executed all Electrical Site Works such as Erection of Transformer, Switchgear Panel &Rotating Machines as well as done preventive & Breakdown Maintenance.
