• Responsibilities:
• Assist to RE/ARE for the review of the Material submittals, Method statement and ITP with ICL are submitted by contractors
• Monitoring, Supervising and Inspecting as per the Project specification, approved shop drawing, DM/RTA/DEWA requirements such as in wet utilities Storm water Network, Sewerage Network, Potable water line, Fire Fighting line, Irrigation line and in dry utilities LV, HV Electrical line, Substations, streetlight, Etisalat, Du and ITS all-trench duct and Manhole works
• All activities including Pipe installation and testing, Manhole installation, protecting waterproofing, MH Internal & External finishing, Backfilling, Gully works, cover frame fixing etc
• Supervision for Road works including formation, sub grade subbase/road base and asphalt works, walkways, road sign and markings etc
• Drawing review and supervision of works including structure and utilities for the crystal lagoons
• Issuing NCR/SOR for the works which is not done as per the specifications and standards
• Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction, commissioning of the facilities in conformance with project specification, and in accordance with the approved project schedule
• Liaising with the client, contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers, and the general workforce involved in the project
• Assumed personal responsibility for ensuring that duties are performed in a safe, efficient manner
• Performed other related duties as assigned

• The above projects include pile foundation construction of 4, 000 piles total over 95, 000 cubic meters of concrete
• The substructure work was performed based on development planned to include hotels, resorts, and commercial buildings in different commercial locations
• All the projects have been completed in time and budget
• Responsibilities:
• Performed required site inspections, Quality Control inspections and Safety audits on a daily basis and prepare reports for higher management
• Assisted the Project Managers with daily progress reports and actual work performed on the project site including labour, material and equipment
• Supervised/Assisted in conducting tests for above projects including integrating test, sonic test, calipers test, PTP test and cone test for concrete
• Involved in site mobilization and preparation and conducted pre-task planning on a daily basis for safe working conditions.

• The project includes residential development consisting of luxury villas ranging from AED 5M
• AED15M
• As a general contractor developed residential properties from start to finish on time and assigned budget
• Responsibilities:
• Execution all site works from base to until snagging completion and project handover as per the approved contract drawings and specifications for all phase of the project including substructure, superstructure, and architectural works
• Lead the team in executing the project start to finish and mentored them on daily routine work until project handover
• Following and executing the Dubai municipality requirements to get the approvals for all Inspections
• Execution of structural works and finishing works, drainage systematic, Inspections and approvals, follow up of materials, coordinating with MEP sub-contractors, setting out and surveying, getting permits to works and safety of works
• Assisted the Project Managers with daily progress reports and actual work performed on the project site including labour, material, and equipment
• Execution of finishing works such as raised flooring, vinyl flooring, acoustic walls, plasterboard partitions, glazed partitions, glazed doors, tiling, plumbing, acoustic ceilings, suspended ceilings, painting etc
• Material procurement, dealing with the Project manager and coordinating with sub-contractors
• Coordinated with subcontractors and supervised the work performed by all trades.
