- Responsible for leading the development and execution of the Company’s long term strategy with a view to creating shareholder value;
- To lead and oversee the implementation of the Company’s long and short term plans in accordance with its strategy;

i. Fuel reduction and restriction initiative Y2016;
ii. Project of Smart Meters installation in Network sites;
iii. Project of overbilling reduction of Network sites; &
iv. Project PKR 2.5B Savings initiatives.
- Responsible for leading end to end Energy portfolio of Telenor Pakistan through Business Planning, OPEX strategy development, fuel and electricity forecasting, fuel cards management and Project Management of other Saving initiatives;
Job Role:
✓ Maintaining the state-of-art of assurance and consulting domain of Internal Audit by performing various audit engagements in Telenor Pakistan related to Technology domains.
✓ Performed assurance engagements in Regulatory domain and GSM Power infrastructure domain, performed consulting engagement in Sales & Distribution process efficiency and suggested cost effective recommendations for process improvement.
✓ With time-varying developments and upfront challenges in Technology domain, I have been able to proactively contribute in performing follow-up audits of all major and critical findings along with their respective recommendations by Internal Audit around the systems and processes that also include but not limited to a. GSM Access Networks Planning - Nokia BTS, HUAWEI BTS and newly swapped ZTE BTS; GSM Access Networks Implementation; GSM Access Networks Operations & Maintenance
b. Transport Networks Planning and Implementation
c. GSM Core Networks (including IN/VAS) Planning and GSM Core Networks Operations.
d. Billing Operations
e. Compliance with local regulations, laws, directives and S.O.Ps.

Core Network Operations Engineer
Telenor Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. (September 2010 - January 2012)
Job Role:
✓ Managing various new projects of Telenor's Service Assurance department including KPI based alarm integration with NOC in light of Core Network Performance Analysis, TP Backup NOC and optimized Data services monitoring.
✓ Configuration & Monitoring using NetAct interface for Nokia DX200 MSS & IPA2800 MGW, Switch Commander interface for Siemens D900 Switches, @dvantage Commander for IN entities, iManager for Huawei SG7000
✓ First Line of Maintenance using Core operational tools including blocking/unblocking of various Core elements
✓ Controlling and Analysis of the connectivity of Telenor with other cellular operators and PLMNs
✓ Escalation/ Dispatching and Notification for Trouble Shooting to SLM (Second Line of Maintenance)
✓ Reporting on full image of network unavailability by generating reports for top management
✓ Ensuring implementation of all technical processes relevant to Network Operations Center
