1- Involved in testing of L.V & M.V Switch-gear and Motor control center (MCC).
2- Conducting electrical tests in accordance with Saudi Aramco Standards ( SAMSS ) .
3- Providing technical support to customer and technicians.
4- Field commissioning, modification and troubleshooting of relays and schematics on site .
5- Configuring and testing of multi-function relays from various manufacturers ( GE, SEL, ABB & Micom )as per schematic diagrams .
6- Coordination with design and production teams to ensure requied specifications are compiled .
7-Preparation of test reports after testing & commissioning and obtaining approval .
8- Circuit breaker contact resistance, timing and insulation resistance test .
9- Making sure Electrical safety during testing jobs.
10- Conducting and managing factory acceptance test for client inspection .
11- Update the manufactured drawings to as built drawings .
12- Functional testing in accordance with the three line current, potential and schematic diagrams.
13- Monitoring client punch list and Inspection notification.
14- Monitoring quality issues and non-conforming procedures with vendors .
1- Site supervision : Ensuring the execution of works as per project specifications, drawings and quality for L.V & M.V Installation.
2-Manage and supervise all Electrical works in the site ( Drawings, Installation and testing ).
3- Maintain good relations with client, consultant and all stakeholder of the project and attend all progress and technical meetings .
4-Ensure that all material are available at site to undertake the works .
▪ Handle all equipment (Switchgears, Transformers, compressors, heavy equipments. )
▪ Make all maintenance activities; breakdown & preventive maintenance.
▪ Prepare maintenance plans & schedule for preventive maintenance.
▪ Manage the maintenance team to extract maximum efficiency.
▪ Provide weekly and monthly reports to the station management.
▪ Installation of new control systems (PLC + SCADA ).
