2019 - Present :
- Spearheaded the successful implementation of the new ERP SAP S4/HANA system across some group companies, overseeing every stage from meticulous data collection to seamless launch.
- Led the implementation and management of SAP Successfactors modules (EC, EP, RCM, PMGM, LMS) across the organization, ensuring optimal functionality and integration.

- Successfully upgraded Epicor from version 9.5 to the latest version 10, ensuring seamless transition and improved system capabilities.
- Managed third-party integrations with three systems, facilitating efficient communication and data flow with Epicor.
-Conducted comprehensive training sessions for end-users on the upgraded Epicor version, ensuring a smooth adaptation to new features and functionalities.
- Effectively managed the HR system "Zetalents, " overseeing its operations and ensuring optimal performance.
- Spearheaded the implementation of an Employee Self-Service (ESS) system across all group companies, enhancing employee engagement and self-management.
• Contribute in managing the delivery of the projects through the complete lifecycle from requirements
definition to implementation and operations using Epicor Signature methodology.
• Ensure design and development take into account all aspects of requirements - including data quality,
customer experience, architecture, security & operations - so that software is fit for purpose.
• Define, develop, and deploy Technical requirement using Epicor focus components such as BAQs, BPMs,
BAMs, Trackers, Dashboards, Customizations, DMT, Administration tools, Security, SQL, Crystal Reports,
and/or SSRS

• Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and maintain
automated workflow processes.
