Basically, I’m handling Cognos BI tools as the BI Reporting Technical Lead at TCC.
I’ve created, enhanced, and maintained DMRs and OLAP Models using Cognos FM. Reports using cubes, dashboards, drill-throughs, is one of my daily recipes. I have very solid experience in Report Studio, Query Studio, and Analysis Studio.
Security and Business Intelligence portals are the shows to be on the road in the project that I’m working on right now.
Business Analyst - Gathering and analyzing the business data and developing the Business Reports based on the analysis and requirements collected.
Data Modeler and BI Reporter using IBM Cognos BI, IntelliView Designer, and Crystal Designer.
Databases used: MS SQL, MySQL, and DB2
Transforming client requirements into Business and report logic in terms of SQL Codes such as Procedures, Views, Functions, Triggers and Packages.
Loading and Transforming data from Kerridge Application server (Main Source) to MSSQL Server using ODBC Driver.
Participated in the evaluating, designing, developing, and maintaining Aljazirah newspaper's Website and sub-webpages as well as some other clients' websites such as The Model Capital Institute in Riyadh. I got deeply involved in the web development technologies related to the company's website such as HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript.
I got my master degree in computer science taking 9 courses and 1 master project. my master's report was in the current state of social networking websites and its privacy issues. I also took 9 undergraduate courses in the same major upon request from the faculty of the computer science and engineering department.
