Currently I work in the business and network development department, we define, implement and monitor the company pipeline projects.
Initiate the projects, undertake technical studies and site investigations, coordinate the feasibility with finance, familiar with financial statements (Cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet).
Review technical drawings and BOQ, ensure all designs aspects is considered.
Study, analysis the business needs, and prepare scope of works.
The Capability of preparing cost estimation, and develop best practices and techniques for project estimation.
Review and amend CAD drawings.
Prepare detailed bill of quantities, specify with all required materials and brands.
Study the prices, implement value engineering where required, and negotiate the final prices and purchase orders.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
Ensure site complies within guidelines of health and safety and security.
Coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of tasks and adherence to site regulations.
Execution of Concrete works and interiors.
Project handover process to the end user/consultant, I handle this task until killing all of snags.
Progress reporting and presenting to management.
Facility management, upgrade, expand, and sustain the operational company facilities and carry out regular audits for that.
I report to the business and network development director.
Completed projects (tenders/execution);
Khurais after sales center 24, 400m2 (design + tender works). (7000m2 PEB system).
Execution of Dammam main service center 10, 500m2 (renovation project: design + tender + execution).
Alfa Romeo showroom; 500m2 (tender and execution).
North of Riyadh 3S facility 21, 000m2. (design + tender works).
Qassim 3S facility 6500m2. (design + tender works).
Janadriah stock yard 40, 000m2; (design + tender + execution).
Execution of Janadriah pre car delivery inspection building, 1000m2 (Steel Rigid frame).
Execution of Dammam showroom and body shop center.
We have executed 16, 000 m2 warehouse, dairy factory ( Al youm) in Hallabat- Jordan.
Leading site teams starting from the anchor bolts to roof covering (rigid frame installation, purlins, girts, x-bracing, flange braces, and sag rods..), and the building accessories (curved eave, flashing, trims, fascia, sliding doors, ..), also gutters and down spouts.
Site progress reports, milestones, cash flow projection, and invoices were under my responsibilities..
I was also coordinating the production process with the company steel factory and following up the deliverables.
The factory was 12m height with mezzanine decking system.
I have gained very good experience in PEB's system thru working in this project, and i have executed many other warehouses with 2000-6000 m2 areas.
I was reporting to the production and development manager.
Now in my current job, we have executed many steel structural warehouses (specially for automotive industry)
we have faced problems like water leakage, scarcity of some materials and we were able to overcome, adapt, and act within the standards.

(Post-tension, precast Girders Bridge). 80, 000, 000M SR.
Leading an in-house team of 2 site engineers, 1 draughtsman, 5 foremen and 120 labors for the civil works execution, handling the site technical tasks, in addition to managing subcontractors for special systems or works like post tensioning in addition to equipment teams.
I was directly supervising the site activities works from soil tests, excavation, shuttering, steel bending and fixing, concrete casting, and the post tensioning works.
Responsible and monitor the Installation of 154 girders, 80 ton (each) using 160ton and 200ton mobile cranes, checking the tensioning reports results.
I was reporting to the project manager
handover completed works/ divisions to the consultant.
I was also handling the site technical works such as :-
Calculating quantities and preparing invoices (quantity surveying).
Prepare bar bending schedules for the steel.
A-CAD assignments, amend the shop drawings where required, preparing and supervising of all as built drawings for the project.
Managing sub-contractors works, making sure that all works to be executed as per approved specifications.
Scheduling project activities, assigning tasks, supplying resources and assisting with technical problems.
I also worked in SARAT ABIDAH Sewerage Project for 6 months, three stations (pump station 1, poster, pump station2), I’ve been involved in the construction of the pump stations buildings works. I was supervising Steel, shuttering and concrete works for deep retaining walls Also I monitor the excavation and placing the sewerage lines.

Four stories building with 800 m2 Area(each), I was responsible for the casting of concrete, steel works bending & Fixing plus the shuttering works, I was also;
•Coordinate MEP works
•Calculate the quantities and preparing the invoices.
•Submitting a daily and Weekly site progress reports to the management.

July 2008 training course in Amman-Gate Towers, high rise building, 40 RC Stories (3months) with ALHAMAD contracting Company (Amman-Jordan).
•My graduation project was designing a complete civil airport in the northern of Jordan - Irbid using a realistic data which has been obtained from metrology center in Amman androyal Jordanian geographic center under supervision of Jordan civil aviation commission.
In this project Idesigned the geometry of all airport components (runway, taxiways, taxi lanes, exit of runway and apron) using FAA code (figuresand software), including markingand lighting for each runway and taxiways .
runway and taxiways have been located according the airports separation criteria with a calculation of ATC.
Runway orientation, imaginary surfaces have been identified, and reflected on the drawings.
I worked as a site engineer in ASEER airbase, ABHA- KSA in a helipad execution for three months, the scope of this project was to mobilize the siteand executing earth works base and sub base course, andasphaltfor 1100m2.
