• Build strong and effective relationships with all government entities and personnel in those departments.
• Coordinate with different embassies in UAE to understand the different requirements that are set out by each embassy.
• Use problem solving skills to get around complicated procedures and situations.
• Work alongside other team members in following processes to ensure that all renewals, cancellations, issuances and obtaining of permits are all done in an efficient manner.
• Act in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
• Manage and prioritise the daily activities in order to ensure that the most urgent and important services are delivered first.
• Proactively communicate and escalate issues where necessary to the senior PRO.
• Handle company's petty cash provided for tawasol services and submit the expenses on timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of documents handled at all time.
• Record management- update sheet of services processed accurately.
• Accurate Document submission for all request and applicants ensuring that timescales and requirements are fully met and delivered on time.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate information is given and received for all documentations.
• Keep up to date with changes and developments regarding new policies and updates.
• Respect time frames and appointment commitments.
• Ensure that appearance is well maintained and is presentable at all times.
• Responsible to ensure company car is well maintained and company property is respected; this includes the cleanliness of the car, filling up petrol in a timely manner and ensuring traffic rules are respected.
• Support the sharing of best practice in skills and knowledge amongst the team.
• Ensure that information regarding any updates received and gained from various governmental departments are efficiently and effectively communicated to senior PRO and the team leader.
• Maintain a good working relationship with other tawasol members including the customer care centre staff.
• Schedule staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments.
• Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed.
• Organize visas for holiday and business related travel for managers as required.
• Responding to staff queries on Visa/ Labour/ Passport related matters.
• Ensure all visa, medical and labour permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
• Assist in all general inquiries concerning labour and immigration matters.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
