Mechanical site supervision responsible for:
• design review and material selections, shop drawings, method statements’ reviews according to QCS, project specifications and engineering standards.
• Site Supervision of all mechanical installation works related to STP & Pumping Station such as Pumps, Penstocks, Mechanical screen, Grit Removal, Blower, Mixer, Disc Filter, UF, UV, Centrifuge, Odor control system, Ventilation Fans, A/C Units, Firefighting System, Over Head Crane, Standby generator, pipeline and O&M all equipment’s and ensures site safety matters.
• Conducts daily construction inspection, including temporary works to ensure compliance with specifications and Contract requirements.• Responsible on document’s nonconformance and participate in determining appropriate resolution.
• Validates piping systems, including P&ID check and hydraulic or other pressure tests required.
• Identifies engineering problems and ensures solutions are implemented.
• Performing QC inspection and ensures QA procedures are met.
• Performs site acceptance tests (SAT) and perform inspections of completed works.
• Supervises commissioning & testing of various mechanical systems in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, relevant standard and code of practice.
SITE SUPERVISION ENGINEER FOR ASHGHAL Project ( Refurbishment & Upgrading of various sewage pumping station)
Responsible for:
• Reviewing technical material submittals & Reviewing shop drawings, method statements as per QCS, project specifications, and international standards.
• Site Supervision of all mechanical installation works and O&M all equipment related to Pump Station such as Pumps, Penstocks, Mechanical screen, Odor control system, Ventilation Fans, A/C Units, Firefighting System, Over Head Crane, Standby generator, pipeline and ensures site safety matters.
• Daily Inspect site construction, including temporary bypass to ensure compliance with specifications and Contract requirements, approved Methods, applicable codes, standards. And Assist in measure work done when required.
• Review & Control Contractor Monthly Evaluation as per progress on the site.
• Documents nonconformance and participate in determining an appropriate resolution.
• Performing QC Materials inspection and ensure QA procedures are met.
• Participates in the development of job safety practices.
• Review & Verify "as-built" drawings.
• Prepare a snag list and follow up with the contractor to clear it.
• Perform site acceptance tests (SAT) and perform inspections of completed works.
• Supervise commissioning & testing of all pumping station systems by following the manufacturer's recommendations, relevant standard, and code of practice.
• Supervision O&M of pumping station equipment’s and Identifying daily technical problems and ensure solutions are implemented to reduce downtime of equipment.
• Reviewing O&M manual, final Dossier, and Hand over the Spare parts & project to Client.
• Coordinate & Follow up with client & contractor for the maintenance period.
MEP site supervision responsible for MEP works at multiple site of KHROMAA Substation
Responsibility:
