Controlling Both Hard & Soft Services for more than 120 Schools Reactive & Corrective, Planned Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance Cost Control, Payments, Penalties, Performance Auditing SLA & KPI, Ensure that the contractor Comply with the contract agreement Terms and Conditions, Using CAFM System.

Prepare Site Hand Over for New Construction, from the main contractor and handed over to the TFM Contractor, DLP Projects
Prepare Sage List for DLP Projects with TFM Contractor, and Coordinate with the main Contractor & make sure that main contractor will close all the snags list

o Prepare Blanket Agreement for Installing Pigeon Protection System for more than 100 Schools in Abu Dhabi with Cost 10 Million AED
o Excellent Knowledge in Following and Monitoring Sensitive System like\{Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, FM200, BMS, Access Control, Lighting Control, Public Address & Sound System, UPS System \{..etc
Prepare BOQ, RFQ, Tendering paper, Drawing(design, shop drawing, as built drawing, Manage site activity, huge labour & more subcontractor, prepare programms for the site, prepare contrcat eith subcontractore, take off quantity, material sumittal prpapration, site activity.
