Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management.
Carrying out and preparing HSE submitting and transmittal to the Client, such as Method statements, risk assessment, Lifting plans, and reports.
Maintain relevant HSE documentation.
Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary.
Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to project management.
Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis
Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors.
Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training
Observe HSE regulations, encourages safe working practices, corrects
Obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel.
Ability to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance
Advise to project and site manager HSE related issues
Meeting with subcontractors on regular bases to discuss HSE issues
Approve the scaffolding as per the categories and capacity and an issuing permit for scaffolding erection and dismantling, light, medium and heavy duties, place the suitable tag based on scaffolding condition green, red and yellow.
Design and prepare training program as per activity type and requirement (induction, PTW, Working @ height, scaffolding, lifting and rigging)
Trained and good experience about firefighting
Competent person to approve and inspect the cranes prior entering the project, ropes, chains, slings, shackles, hooks, latches.
Check the crane certification validity, such as third party certificate, lifting gear certificate, crane certificate, crane operator certificate and signal man certificate
Issuing the lifting permit, lifting plane, supervise and guide lifting process
Have wide range of experience in construction work activities mechanical, civil or electrical Hot activities (Arc welding or Gas welding) cutting and brazing or even heating, cold work (mechanical work or hand tool work), working at height (scaffolding or working on roof), Power isolation activities (using LOTO system for any power source electrical, pressure)
Knowledgeable about PTW system requirements, issue PTW with its different type
Warehouse, yard and inspection
Implement color code for all equipment and electrical hand tools, prior inspection to all material at gate before entering site
Guidance to all my safety staff
Enhance the safety culture and behavior based safety by mixing with people from many countries and across all age ranges, meetings, toolbox talk, safety awarded, safety gifts, safety helps and safety assistant always and time for safety
Comply with all SEC Company and HSE procedures and policies.

Main duties
Co-ordinate the implementation of client HSEQ Management System.
Maintain HSEQ database (Incidents, audits, action tracking etc.)
Daily site inspection, Inspect moveable equipment (trucks, cars), Inspect cranes and forklift and lifting accessories, Inspect personal protective equipment (PPEs), Inspect materials which will used in site such as scaffold materials, working as scaffold competent person.

Assist in lifting plan preparation and supervise lifting operation.
